We are auctioning on behalf and for the account of our clients. This is a public auction, and the highest bidder will be awarded the bid based on our terms and conditions.

The following countries are considered EU Zone I: Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Poland, Romania. Shipping to EU Zone II and III or to a third country must be arranged separately with the freight forwarder.

Max 31.5kg Packages exceeding the size specifications or pallet deliveries will be arranged and charged separately by the freight forwarder. The size specifications refer to the entire package. If multiple items are purchased by the same bidder, it is possible to combine these items into one package. However, the total weight is decisive for shipping multiple items.

The objects are sold by the auctioneer in the condition they are in at the time of the auction. The buyer acknowledges that any warranty is excluded, and therefore the auctioneer accepts no liability for quality, condition, completeness, open or hidden defects, other damages, consequential damages, or special features. Technical data, construction year, dimensions, or weights are non-binding. All used items show wear and tear appropriate to their age. Any defects or signs of wear listed in the item description are not separately mentioned, as they can be determined, among other things, by participating in the viewing. The listings of the objects are carefully and to the best of our knowledge and belief.

The sale is conducted through an online auction. Successful registration and login are required to place a bid. Your access data will be sent to you by email after successful registration.

Please NOTE that a 18% auction fee and a proportional 20% VAT will be added to the bids placed.

After the bid is awarded, you will receive your invoice by email. You can then choose to pay either directly by bank transfer (bank details are on the invoice) or in person when picking up your desired item. The goods will only be handed over after receiving full payment.
