Terms of auction

If you bid in this auction, you accept the auction terms and conditions outlined below, which are an extension of our General Terms and Conditions (AGB):

The auction price includes a fee of 18% auction fee and VAT.

Shipping of the purchased item(s) is available only within the domestic area and the EU. Shipping costs are to be borne by the bidder and will vary based on the size and weight of the item. Standard rates are as follows:

Package S: max 50 cm €4.80
Package M: max 65 cm €6.20
Package L: max 80 cm €9.20
Shipments exceeding a total weight of 31.5 kg will be separately arranged with a freight carrier, as will pallet shipping.

Collection of the respective items will be scheduled by green-ananas. If items are not collected on time, or if there is no agreement for an alternative collection date, storage costs will be incurred. For self-collection, transportation organization is the responsibility of the buyer.

It is recommended to attend the viewing appointment. Please note that all images on the platform are symbolic. All information, data, and documents are protected by copyright and may not be used for external purposes.

Participation in the auction requires a minimum age of 16 years.

The items are sold by the auctioneer in the condition they are in at the time of the auction. The buyer acknowledges that any warranty is excluded, and the auctioneer assumes no liability for quality, condition, completeness, open or hidden defects, other damages, consequential damages, or special features. Technical data, construction year, dimensions, or weights are non-binding. All used items show wear and tear appropriate to their age. Any defects or signs of wear not explicitly mentioned in the item description can be discovered during the viewing. The item listings are carefully created to the best of our knowledge and belief.
