Terms of auction

If you bid in this auction, you accept the specified auction conditions, which constitute an extension of our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

1.) The auction price will be increased by costs amounting to 18% auction fee and the value-added tax.

2.) The shipping of the auctioned item(s) will be done exclusively within the country and the EU. Shipping costs are to be paid by the bidder and are to be individually determined depending on the size and weight of the item. The following standard rates can be assumed:

Package S: max 50 cm €4.80
Package M: max 65 cm €6.20
Package L: max 80 cm €9.20
Packages exceeding a total weight of 31.5 kg will be separately arranged with a freight forwarder, as will pallet shipping.

3.) The collection of the respective items will take place on the specified date provided by green-ananas. In case items are not collected or collected late without a prior telephone agreement regarding an alternative date, storage costs will be incurred. In the case of self-collection, the organization of transport is solely the responsibility of the buyer.

4.) It is recommended to attend the viewing appointment. Please note that all images on the platform are symbolic photos. All information, data, and documents are protected by copyright and may not be used for foreign purposes.

5.) Participation in the sale is subject to a minimum age requirement of 16 years.

6.) The objects are sold by the auctioneer in the condition they are in at the time of the auction. The buyer acknowledges that any warranty is excluded, and the auctioneer therefore accepts no liability for quality, condition, completeness, open or hidden defects, other damages, consequential damages, or special features. Technical data, construction year, dimensions, or weights are non-binding. All used items show wear and tear appropriate to their age. Any defects or signs of wear listed in the item description are not separately mentioned, as they can be determined, among other things, by participating in the viewing. The listings of the objects are carefully and to the best of our knowledge and belief.
