Terms of auction

If you bid in this auction, you accept the following auction conditions, which constitute an extension of our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

1.) Auction fees of 18% and VAT will be added to the auction price.

2.) The shipment of the acquired item(s) is exclusively within the country and the EU. Shipping costs are to be paid by the bidder and will vary depending on the size and weight of the item. As a standard, the following rates can be assumed:

Package S: max 50 cm €4.80
Package M: max 65 cm €6.20
Package L: max 80 cm €9.20

Packages exceeding a total weight of 31.5 kg will be separately arranged with the freight forwarder, as well as pallet shipments.

3.) Pickup of the respective items will be at the predetermined time set by green-ananas. If items are not picked up on time, or if there is no telephone agreement regarding another appointment, storage costs will be charged. In the case of self-pickup, the organization of transportation is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

4.) It is recommended to attend the viewing appointment. Please note that all images on the platform are symbolic. All information, data, and documents are protected by copyright and may not be used for third-party purposes.

5.) Participation in the auction requires a minimum age of 16 years.

6.) The objects are sold by the auctioneer in the condition they are in at the time of the auction. The buyer acknowledges that any warranty is excluded, and the auctioneer assumes no liability for quality, condition, completeness, open or hidden defects, other damages, consequential damages, or special features. Technical data, year of manufacture, dimensions, or weights are non-binding. All used items show wear appropriate to their age. Such defects or signs of wear are not separately listed in the item description, as they can be determined, among other things, by participating in the viewing. The listings of the objects are carefully and to the best of our knowledge and belief.
