Terms of auction

If you participate in this auction, you accept the specified auction terms, which represent an extension of our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

1.) The auction price will have additional costs of 18% auction fee plus value-added tax (VAT).

2.) The shipping of the won item(s) will be limited to domestic and EU locations only. The shipping costs are to be paid by the bidder and will vary depending on the size and weight of the item. The following standard rates can be assumed:

Package S: max 50 cm €4.80
Package M: max 65 cm €6.20
Package L: max 80 cm €9.20
Shipments exceeding the total weight of 31.5 kg will be arranged separately with a freight company, as will pallet shipping.

3.) The pickup of the respective items will be scheduled by green-ananas. If items are not picked up on time, or there is no telephone agreement regarding an alternative date, storage costs will apply. When picking up items in person, the buyer is solely responsible for organizing the transportation.

4.) It is recommended to attend the viewing appointment. Please note that all images on the platform are symbolic photos. All information, data, and documents are copyrighted and may not be used for other purposes.

5.) To participate in the auction, a minimum age of 16 years is required.

6.) The objects are sold by the auctioneer in their current condition at the time of the auction. The buyer acknowledges that any warranty is excluded, and the auctioneer assumes no liability for quality, condition, completeness, visible or hidden defects, other damages, consequential damages, or special features. Technical data, year of manufacture, measurements, or weight information are non-binding. All used items will have wear and tear commensurate with their age. The description of the items does not explicitly list any defects or signs of wear, which can be discovered during the viewing. The listings of the items are compiled carefully and to the best of our knowledge and belief.
