Terms of auction

If you bid at this auction, you accept the listed auction conditions, which represent an extension of our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
1.) Costs of 18% auction fee and VAT will be added to the auction price.
2.) The item(s) purchased at auction will only be shipped domestically and within the EU. The shipping costs are to be paid by the bidder in any case and are to be paid individually depending on the size and weight of the object. The following can be assumed as a standard:

Package S: max 50 cm 4.80€
Package M: max 65 cm 6.20€
Package L: max 80 cm 9.20€
Parcels that exceed the total weight of 31.5 kg are agreed separately with the forwarding agent, as is the shipment of pallets.

3.) The collection of the respective article takes place at the date specified by green-ananas. If items are picked up late or not at all and there is no telephone agreement regarding another date, storage costs must be paid in any case. If you pick up the goods yourself, the organization of the transport is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

4.) It is recommended to make the viewing appointment. Please note that all images on the platform are symbolic photos. All information, data and documents are protected by copyright and may not be used for third-party purposes.

5.) In order to be allowed to participate in the sale, a minimum age of 16 years is required.

6.) The objects are sold by the auctioneer in the condition in which they are at the time of the auction. The buyer acknowledges that any warranty is excluded and that the auctioneer therefore assumes no liability for quality, condition, completeness, open or hidden defects, other damage, consequential damage or special properties. Technical data, year of construction, dimensions or weight are non-binding. All used items have wear and tear corresponding to their age. In the description of the item, such defects or signs of wear and tear are not specifically listed, which can anyway be determined, among other things, by participating in the inspection. The listings of the objects are created carefully and to the best of our knowledge and belief.

7.) We ask you to note that due to the current Covid 19 situation, the applicable measures apply to the viewing or pick-up date and that these must be observed.
