Terms of auction

If you bid in this auction, you accept the listed auction conditions, which represent an extension of our general terms and conditions (GTC).
1.) Costs of 18% auction fee and VAT are added to the auction price.
2.) The auctioned item (s) will only be shipped within Germany and the EU. The shipping costs are to be paid by the bidder in any case and to be paid individually depending on the size and weight of the object. The following can be assumed as standard:

Package S: max 50 cm € 4.40
Package M: max 65 cm € 5.50
Package L: max 80 cm € 7.90
Parcels that exceed the total weight of 31.5 kg are agreed separately with the shipping company, as is the pallet shipment.

3.) The respective articles are picked up on the date specified by green-ananas. If items are picked up late or not at all and there is no telephone agreement regarding another date, storage costs must be paid in any case. If you collect the goods yourself, the organization of the transport is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

4.) It is recommended to attend the viewing appointment. Please note that all images on the platform are symbolic photos. All information, data and documents are protected by copyright and may not be used for third-party purposes.

5.) To be allowed to participate in the sale, a minimum age of 16 years is required.
