Packages that exceed the size specifications or pallet deliveries must be separately arranged and invoiced by the forwarding agency. The size specifications refer to the entire package. If multiple items are purchased by the same bidder, it is possible to ship these items together in one package. However, the total weight is decisive when shipping multiple items.
The sale is an online auction. Successful registration and login are prerequisites for placing a bid. Your access data will be sent to you by email after successful registration.
Please note that a 18% auction fee and a pro-rated 20% VAT will be added to the bids placed.
After being awarded the bid, you will receive your invoice by email. You can then choose to pay directly by bank transfer (bank details are on the invoice) or on site when picking up your desired item. The goods will only be handed over after receiving full payment.
The objects are sold by the auctioneer in the condition in which they are at the time of the auction. The buyer acknowledges that any warranty is excluded and that the auctioneer therefore assumes no liability for quality, condition, completeness, open or hidden defects, other damages, consequential damages, or special properties. Technical data, year of construction, dimensions, or weight specifications are non-binding. All used items have wear and tear commensurate with their age. Such defects or signs of wear are not listed separately in the item description and can be detected, among other things, by participating in the viewing. The listings of the items are compiled carefully and to the best of our knowledge and belief.
