The sale is an online auction. A successful registration and login is a prerequisite for being able to place a bid. Your access data will be sent to you by e-mail once you have registered.
We would like to point out that an 18% auction fee plus a proportionate 20% VAT will be charged on top of the bids submitted.
After the contract has been awarded, you will receive your invoice by e-mail. You can then pay either directly by bank transfer (bank details are on the invoice) or on site when you pick up your desired item. The goods will only be handed over after receipt of full payment.
The objects are sold by the auctioneer in the condition in which they are at the time of the auction. The buyer acknowledges that any warranty is excluded and that the auctioneer therefore assumes no liability for quality, condition, completeness, open or hidden defects, other damage, consequential damage or special properties. Technical data, year of construction, dimensions or weight are non-binding. All used items have wear and tear corresponding to their age. In the description of the item, such defects or signs of wear and tear are not specifically listed, which can anyway be determined, among other things, by participating in the inspection. The listings of the objects are created carefully and to the best of our knowledge and belief.
